Towneplace Suites By Marriott Windsor

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. The staff helped me find shops during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Dried blood on sheets. No microwave, [Website, indicates rooms have them] No coffee left in room , day afte complaining of dried blood on sheets. [ Coincidence?]

My suite was excellent: neat, well furnished, good king-size bed, Good downtown location. Friendly, helpful staff. Responsive to my suggestions for improvement.

Entrance from street hard to find, not well signed.

The room was impressively spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals.

The breakfast options were quite disappointing, particularly the overcooked microwave omelets and watered-down orange juice.

I really like the separate bedroom aspect. the bathroom is a good size and the living space is nice to have.

I did not enjoy entering into a room that did not have the heat turned on at all. the room was 55f when entered. I turned on the heat, left to grab a bite to eat and came back about an 2 hours later and the room was still only 65f. We called to the front desk and they moved us rooms which was nice.

The room was smelly, carpet was full of spots, the TV was from the 1970's and the beds were not clean and the park was outside.

A practical review for you

The spacious rooms were super clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The friendly staff contributed to a pleasant stay. The breakfast, however, was chaotic with limited coffee availability, and parking was a bit of a hassle, requiring meter feeding. Still, it's a decent choice for a short visit.

The size of the room is excellent and the ability to have connecting rooms was very convenient. We were able to have a family dinner together. Great value and location near the Windsor waterfront.

Couches and carpets need to be replaced but we understand that this will be happening very shortly.

Can just recommend for short stay

Spacious room, friendly staff, with a nice kitchenette equipped for cooking fresh meals, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions.

Nothing. It was the best hotel experience I have had.

It was very close to the nightlife of Windsor. Easy walking from hotel to bars and clubs.

They were very good, helping me with local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette.

Parking was quite limited.

The room was really nice and spacious. The bed was great too. The view from the room was also nice; I stayed at 12th floor. Parking possibilities were good as well. Close to the best museum in Windsor.
